FAQs

Supplies:

We supply all of the cleaning products, unless you prefer specific products be used.  If so, we ask that you purchase them.

Referrals:

Referrals are always appreciated so we offer $10.00 credit towards your cleaning cost when you refer someone to our company. The referrer gets the discount after the referee’s initial clean.

Anniversary:

Every year on your cleaning anniversary we like to show a little appreciation to our clients by offering $30.00 credit towards your cleaning cost.

Special Parties:

It consists of a normal clean except we will not be dusting, cleaning shower / tubs or making beds.

Discount is $20.00 off your normal cleaning cost

(This service is best used on a week you will not be cleaned. It does not apply for monthly service).

Cancellations:

A cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged if less than 24 hour notice is given.

Lock Out Fee:

A lock out fee of $50 .00 will be charged if we are unable to clean your home on the assigned day.

Returned Checks:

A fee of $25.00 will be charged for any returned checks. If this happens we ask that you pay in cash or set up a zelle account and use that for future payments. We cannot continue with your regular scheduled cleaning until the fee and balance is paid.

Payment methods:

We accept cash or check please leave the payment on kitchen counter on the day of service. Now offering ZELLE scullen06@yahoo.com  & VENMO Sumier-Cullen.

If you forget to leave the payment we will call to notify you, then ask you to set up a zelle or venmo account through your bank. This is free for both parties and the money is transferred with in the same day.
