Commercial Cleaning
Rates are based on square footage, frequency, location, and degree of difficulty
There could be a one time cleaning fee of $50.00 added to the initial clean for additional time it takes to detail your office on the first clean. This one time fee will be waived if the office has been professionally cleaned with in the last 30 days.
Rates starting at:
Up to 1000 sqft: $60 per clean bi-weekly or $50 weekly
1001-1500 sqft: $75 per clean bi-weekly or $65 weekly
1501-2000 sqft: $85 per clean bi-weekly or $75 weekly
2001 + sqft $– Call for pricing on larger offices
